How you'll contribute Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. Assess patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the plan of care.
Monitor and manage patients requiring complex, high-acuity care. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes. Educate and support patients and families throughout their care experience.

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
One year previous experience preferred Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
