Description

The Quality Analyst RN - Joint Ventures combines registered nursing expertise with quality analytics to support clinical quality strategy and performance improvement across all joint ventures at Deaconess Health System. Reporting directly to the Quality Program Supervisor of Joint Ventures, this role brings a clinical lens to data analysis, care gap closure, and performance improvement efforts - enabling deeper engagement with physicians, clinical staff, and patient care workflows than a non-clinical analyst role.
