✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Be a Graduate Nurse or newly licensed Registered Nurse who has not yet practiced independently as an RN
Certifications
✓Complete Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification during orientation
Education
✓Have graduated from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program
Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
Qualifications
✓Successfully pass the NCLEX no later than 45 days after the start date
✓Submit a complete and current resume
NICU clinical rotation experience preferred
Experience as a NICU or ICU nurse extern or patient care technician preferred
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills preferred
Leadership experience and initiative preferred
Excellent organizational skills preferred
Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth preferred
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities preferred
