We're currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team providing skilled home health visits to adult and geriatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ. Conduct skilled home health nursing visits (not private duty or shift care)
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments
Monitor patient conditions and clinical progress
Administer treatments and carry out physician orders
Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Provide patient and caregiver education
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma Join a team that recognizes your expertise, values your compassion, and gives you the opportunity to deliver the exceptional one-on-one care your patients deserve. Additional InformationBase Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:$64.00 - $74.00 per point ($99,840 - $115,440 annual earning potential)As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
