PRN | Rotating Shift How you’ll make an impact in this role Guided Care Execution: Implement, monitor, and document evidence-based patient care plans under structured guidance. Proactive Monitoring: Record and communicate critical shifts in patient conditions directly to the supervising Registered Nurse and care team. Collaborative Practice: Input and execute physician and nursing orders under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor.
Clinical Competency Development: Actively engage in transition-to-practice programs to rapidly refine critical thinking and clinical judgment. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in Chemotherapy preferred.
