Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a flexible FridayMeaningful, specialized care: work one-on-one with patients navigating menopause and sexual wellness concerns, often for the first time they've felt comfortable discussing themVaried day-to-day: precharting, patient rooming, order entry, and direct support of providers — no two days look the sameA true team environment: built-in support from colleagues who have each other's backs What You'll DoThe Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health.

Bachelor's degree preferredIf your RN license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five or more years (and you haven't held licensure in another state during that time), completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivation or reinstatement. Reinstatement must be requested within one year of completing the course.

One year of relevant experience preferredLicensure/Certification:Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, requiredAdvanced certifications as required per facilityAdditional Skills/Requirements:Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with effective verbal and non-verbal communicationSound conflict resolution and critical thinking abilitiesComputer literacyWillingness to complete advanced training as required by the department Why Choose Novant Health?
