Registered Nurse- PACU

What We OfferNovant Health is hiring for a PACU registered nurse at our New Hanover Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC.

Extremely High FunctioningAverage between 80-110 Operating Room cases a dayActive recovery, step-down and floor statusAdvocate for patients and ensure a smooth recovery transition What We're Looking ForEducation:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.

In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

One year of acute nursing experience required. Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required. Why Choose Novant Health?
