May include care forcommunity-based Palliative and Hospice appropriate patients in the continuum of care. Be the Best Palliative Care Nurse You Can BeIf you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics,pediatric, etc.) nursing. Required Certifications and Licensures:Associates degree, preferredRegistered Nurse license required in state(s) practicingMust possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.

Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
