Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position.

The Adult Acute Care Unit (MS3) is a 56 Bed / 36 Telemetry – Medical / Surgical unit with a concentration on complex adult patient populations from a wide variety of cardiac, pulmonary, GI, post-surgical, and orthopedics.
Develop and utilize advanced organizational, prioritization, communication, and leadership skills while working closely with other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented work environment. We offer the option of every other or every 3 rd weekend rotation and a self-scheduling tool
The Registered Nurse II - Acute Care – MMC BID SAN role is responsible for the management of patient care, including clinical nursing practice/caring, leadership, management, professionalism, and growth/development, as well as the independent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
ICU, SCU, ED and PACU RN’s require ACLS and PALS Certifications within one year of start date or in accordance with Department guidelines. OB, NICU RN’s require NRP Certification within one year of start date or in accordance with Department guidelines. Positions that are fully remote will not require BLS.
One year of RN experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse – Acute Care role. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Annual Electronic Fetal Monitoring competency for any RN assisting Laboring Women required.

The pay range for this position is $37.09 to $50.17 per hour for Nurses with greater than 1 year of experience (based on experience). Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
