About the Job MedStar Harbor Hospital is looking for an experienced psychiatric nurse to join our Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health unit. Unit Highlights 36-bed acute adult inpatient psychiatry beds spread across two units of 24 and 12 beds, respectively Evidenced-based mental health treatment Hospital-based Protection Services (Security) Department Opportunity to be engaged with change management High Reliability Organization with a Just Culture/Culture of Safety Supportive environment Magnet hospital Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.

You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred. Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). This position has a hiring range of USD $36.50 - USD $60.34 /Hr.
