This nationally recognized specialty unit cares for patients with complex hematologic and oncologic conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and other blood cancers. As a FACT-accredited program, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital provides cutting-edge treatments including autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation, CAR T-cell therapy, and Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) therapy.
Nurses on 2 Bles play a vital role in delivering expert, compassionate care to patients undergoing some of the most advanced cancer therapies available today.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide expert, patient-centered care to individuals with complex hematologic and oncologic conditions. Responsibilities include: Assessing and monitoring patients with acute and chronic health needs Developing and implementing individualized plans of care Administering specialized oncology and transplant-related treatments Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and other interdisciplinary team members Educating patients and families throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery Advocating for patients while delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care Schedule Three 12 hour shifts per week.
