The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory, and Pre-/Post-Procedure Unit are fast-paced, highly specialized areas dedicated to providing exceptional cardiovascular care. Our multidisciplinary Heart Team performs a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and structural heart interventions, peripheral vascular procedures, cardiac device implantation, electrophysiology studies, and complex cardiac ablations.
Team members collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, anesthesiologists, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care from patient arrival through recovery and discharge. An Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification is required. 2 years of Critical Care RN experience within the last five years is required. Recent Procedural or Intensive Care unit (ICU) RN experience within the last five years is preferred. Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedural experience is strongly preferred.
An Associate’s degree in Nursing is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position is Evening Shift, 20 hours per week, 9am-7:30pm.
