Part time Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Telemetry to join the team. This role will be part-time; night shifts, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (2 -12 hour shifts); 2 weekend shifts per 6-week period).

BSN or AD. If RN has an AD, within 2 years from date of hire, they must meet with their nurse leader and conduct the following: 1.) Identify which accredited school they plan to attend 2.) Provide a written plan with anticipated BSN completion date 3.) Submit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required pre-requisites and timeline for taking the courses 4.) Complete BSN within 5 years of start date
1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship. Certification: BLS & ACLS from American Heart Association; Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license
Prior Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Telemetry, or Cardiac Medical Surgical Telemetry experience highly preferred.
