Responsibilities The Float RN will go to units that are in staffing needs. Accountable for the health status and for health needs of patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members. Graduate of accredited School of Nursing Current RN License BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. High School (or GED equivalent) diploma. Preferred Job
