Provides leadership in developing programs to support career pathways for team members within the nursing workforce pipeline. Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees. Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.

Works with leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation. Participates in organizational leadership programs to oversee clinical quality training and develop measures to improve patient care quality.
