Day-to-Day Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and triage Administer medications safely and accurately Monitor patient status during treatment Identify and respond to signs of patient deterioration Carry out provider orders Participate in interdisciplinary communication and collaboration Attend and contribute to monthly interdisciplinary rounds Provide patient and family education Deliver high-quality care while utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment

Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
1 year of relevant experience.
Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping.

Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
