✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Certifications
✓American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required .
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited nursing program required . Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
Qualifications
✓Deliver comprehensive education and hands-on training to patients and caregivers on PD and HHD therapies
✓Build strong, trust-based relationships that encourage confidence and independence in home care management
✓Monitor patient progress through ongoing clinical assessments , adjusting care plans as needed
✓Manage medications, dialysis supplies, and treatment protocols to ensure continuity of care
✓Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
✓Provide continuous support and troubleshooting , helping patients navigate challenges with confidence
✓1 year of relevant experience.
✓Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen.
