Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool

✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).
Certifications
✓ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
ACLS/NIHSS strongly preferred.
Qualifications
✓Three 12-hour shifts
✓6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks
✓3 designated holidays per year
✓2 hard-to-fill shifts per year (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter Sunday, Halloween, Super Bowl Sunday, Black Friday, 4 th of July Nights)
✓2 years of RN experience required; at least 2 years of acute care RN experience, particularly in Telemetry and Intermediate Care units, strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations. preferred
