About the Job *Open to RNs with at least 2 years of experience Available Roles: Full Time Nights Full Time Days Part Time Days Part Time Nights PRN Days PRN Nights Pay Base Pay based on working years of experience as a nurse Hourly float pool differential (X 12 hours) Shift Differentials Charge/Preceptor Pay Full Time Requirements Three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend 3 designated holidays per year 2 hard-to-fill shifts per year (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter Sunday, Halloween, Super Bowl Sunday, Black Friday, 4 th of July Nights) Part Time Requirements Two 12-hour shifts & every 3rd weekend, 24 hours per week Holiday and hard-to-fill shifts per year PRN Requirements Minimum of 6 shifts per 6 weeks If working a straight day or straight night shift, 3 (of the 6 shifts) weekend shifts required 1 holiday per year 1 hard-to-fill shift per year Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. 2 years of RN experience required; at least 2+ years of acute care RN experience, particularly in Med Surg Telemetry, strongly preferred.

Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross) by completion of introductory period. ACLS & NIHSS strongly preferred.
