• Friday 8am to 5pm with e/o weekend or call rotation.Location: Forest park Maywood Berwyn North Riverside Forest View Westchester Area with travel to LaGrange Hospital for meetings/Orientation etc.Mileage reimbursement provided: $0.76 per mileFlexible scheduling with Full Time, Part Time and PRN availableCompany provided phone and laptop/iPadImplements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment.
