About the Job MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking experienced RNs to fill full-time and part-time roles in the ICU. Unit Highlights 42 Bed Unit including 15 Neurological Critical Care Beds Caring for a wide patient population set including but not limited to medical, respiratory, cardiac, renal failure, GI and surgical patients Excellent leadership with flexible scheduling Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.

You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
