About the Job Unit Highlights MedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking experienced RNs to fill roles in our Stroke Telemetry Unit. Unit Highlights: 24 beds 4:1 Patient to nurse ratio on day shift / 5:1 Patient to nurse ratio on night shift Straight shifts (either day shift or night shift positions) with three 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, and Holiday requirements Mostly private rooms with telemetry monitoring for all beds.

Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
