How you’ll contribute A OB Clinic RN (RN), who excels in this role: Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for Applicants must have a current Arizona State License or Compact License with Arizona endorsement and an Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school, BSN preferred.
Additional requirements include: BCLS required ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred. We have 52 medical/surgical beds, 12 acute rehabilitation beds, 12 intensive care beds, and an 8 bed labor, delivery and post-partum unit, 16 Bed Emergency Department and Valley View Medical Center is the only all private bed hospital serving the Bullhead City/Laughlin/Needles area.
