✓Requirements
Licensure
✓To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Certifications
✓Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification are required.
✓NRP certification, TCAR/PCAR/TNCC certification, and a Pediatric Critical Care certification such as CCRN or other specialty certification are preferred. 2 years of recent pediatric critical care, pediatric emergency or neonatal RN experience is required.
Education
✓An Associate’s degree in Nursing is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.

Previous float pool or cross-trained experience across pediatric specialties is a plus. preferred
