The Pediatric Unit is a 24-bed unit that provides specialized comprehensive care to pediatric patients and their families from newborn to 11 years of age with a wide range of complex medical and surgical diagnosis. The multidisciplinary team delivers high quality family centered care to both acute and chronic populations and evidence-based treatment focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification are required. 3-5 years of Pediatric RN experience is required. Associate’s degree in Nursing is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.
