✓Work on a per diem basis while maintaining greater schedule flexibility.
✓Build experience across multiple clinical environments.
✓Work with different nursing teams and patient populations.
✓Choose between Facility Float and System-Wide Float opportunities.
✓Enjoy variety rather than working on one unit every shift.
✓At least two years of clinical nursing experience .
✓Clinical nursing experience appropriate to the applicable clinical grouping.
✓Ability and willingness to work across all areas within the assigned clinical grouping.
✓Ability to meet the scheduling requirements of a per diem position.
✓Specific experience requirements may vary by clinical grouping and position.
