Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) Must maintain current Texas RN License BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care ACLS PALS (within 90 days of hire) Competence in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care medications that may or may not need to be titrated Thorough knowledge of airway management and rescue methods Pediatric/Adult Phase 1 and Phase 2 Maintain knowledge of ASPAN Standards Preferred Job
PACU, ICU, ER, or other acceptable acute care experience
