Job OverviewWe are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living Community in Wyoming, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. This nurse schedule includes;Casual / on callDay/evening shiftMust pick up three shifts a month; two being weekend shiftsMeadows on Fairview Senior Living, is Ebenezer’s 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61.

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of careAdministers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesProvides data relevant to the development of the plan of careRN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessaryProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedRequired:Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered NurseCurrent MN RN licenseAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
