Licensure

About the role

Duties Description Rochester Psychiatric Center is recruiting a Registered Nurse Supervisor 1 Psychiatric to supervise registered nurses and direct care. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply. As Registered Nurse Supervisor 1 Psychiatric, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned nursing and direct care staff including:
Directing and reviewing the work of nursing staff
Preparing and monitoring staffing schedules
Developing daily staffing plans for nursing care
Ensuring compliance with established standards of nursing care in accordance with State, federal, and accreditation agency requirements

If you fail to maintain your license and/or registration once you are appointed, action will be taken to remove you from the position. 2.
