QualificationsRequired
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred
Completion of a Medical Terminology course.
and Abilities:Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism, patience, and courtesy. Basic knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with patients, families, and team members. Required
One to two (1–2) years of customer service experience. Preferred
Two (2) years of customer service experience within a healthcare-related environment. Patient Population Served:Provides support to patients across all age groups.
