Revenue Cycle Analyst (5418)

The Revenue Cycle Contract Analyst supports Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital’s revenue cycle, managed care, and finance functions by helping monitor payer contracts, billing requirements, reimbursement trends, contract-related reporting, and payer performance. This role is ideal for someone with experience in revenue cycle, hospital or clinic front desk operations, billing, finance, accounting, or data analysis who is analytical, personable, technology-oriented, and eager to grow into a more advanced revenue cycle and contract management function.

The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with data and reports, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, external payers, and revenue cycle partners. The Revenue Cycle Contract Analyst will work with electronic health record systems, payer portals, Microsoft Office products, Excel, and business intelligence tools, including Power BI as the organization expands its reporting capabilities.
