Teaches patients and their families about treatment expectations and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Completes necessary patient forms such as FMLA, disability, and letters of medical necessity. Assists the benefits team in obtaining authorizations for chemotherapy and infusion-related treatments. Facilitates communication by answering voicemails, emails, texts, and Microsoft Teams messages.
