Obtains nursing history and evaluates patient behavior and motor skills. Completes admission assessments and assesses for signs of abuse or neglect. Interprets diagnostic data and develops individualized care plans.

Verifies physician orders and performs treatments. Administers medications and functions in clinical emergencies. Teaches patients and participates in practice changes.

Follows CDC isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations. Acquires patient films, releases films, prints patient records, and files film jackets. Other duties as assigned.
