RN- Ambulatory Care Coordinator - Care Coordination

✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Possesses an active Wisconsin RN nursing license.
✓REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE
Certifications
✓Current BLS certification - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, online manikin, and knowledge testing.
✓An acceptable training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED. (See Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Policy).
✓Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for adult patient units and NRP for NICU.
✓Additional specialty certifications as specified by department protocol (i.e.
✓PALS, TNCC, etc.)
✓Certification for area of specialty required or required to pursue certification in professional development within three to five years of eligibility.
✓ENA, CCRN, AACN, etc.)
Education
✓Knowledge of patient care standards and practices is normally acquired through completion of a nursing program.
✓BSN required, or actively working towards degree to be obtained within 4 years of the hire date in that role.
Masters in nursing preferred.
Qualifications
✓Two years’ experience in department/specialty necessary to enhance and develop skills, with previous experience in supervisory management, leadership, or teaching capacity beneficial.
✓Member of professional nursing organization required (i.e.
