Job Specifics: Our 23-bed Cardiac Unit is a specialized unit that focuses on the care and treatment of patients with various cardiac conditions. On the unit, our care team provides continuous monitoring and medication management as well as providing post-operative care for those who have undergone cardiac procedures or surgeries. Our staff is trained to address the unique needs of everyone with cardiac-related issues, while providing a supportive environment for recovery and any ongoing treatment.
Location: 744 S. Webster Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301 FTE Status: Full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) Work
Day/Night rotation or straight nights are available. Shifts are 12-hours. Every third weekend rotation is included as well.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Wisconsin RN license required . Previous RN experience preferred.
