You’ll need
Licensure
✓RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state of practice Upon Hire (Required) And
Certifications
✓BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire or within facility-specified time frame (Required) And
✓ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Within Facility-Specified time frame (May be Required-Facility Specific)
Education
✓Postsecondary (Cert/Diploma/Program Grad) from an accredited school of nursing (Required) And
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related field (Preferred)
Qualifications
✓Proficient in EKG rhythm interpretation and invasive monitoring.
✓Ability to scrub, circulate, and monitor in a procedural setting.
✓Demonstrates sound judgment, adaptability, and effective problem-solving.
✓Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
✓Knowledge of sterile technique, patient safety protocols, and procedural sedation.
✓Familiarity with cardiac equipment including injectors, monitors, and hemodynamic systems.
✓Capable of lifting 50-150 lbs with or without assistance must use proper body mechanics.
✓Physically able to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
✓2+ years clinical nursing experience (Required) And
1+ years of Cath Lab or cardiac experience (Preferred)

About the role
The RN - Cath Lab provides skilled nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessment, procedure preparation, intra-procedure support including circulating and scrubbing roles, post-procedure monitoring, and collaboration with the interventional team.
