ResponsibilitiesPosition SummaryUnder the direction of the Director, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEducationGraduate of an accredited nursing programLicensure & CertificationsCurrent Florida Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBLSACLSNIH Stroke ScaleExperience & SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in a PCU or higher-acuity setting strongly preferredDemonstrated leadership skillsMust attend applicable hospital training programs, including New Manager/Supervisor Orientation and Leadership Development coursesMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
