Demonstrates critical thinking skills in supporting the departmental scope of service, facility planning, budgetary issues, and patient care delivery. The Clinical Coordinator (RN) provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to support the daily operations of the Behavioral Health Unit. The coordinator serves as a clinical resource for staff, assists with patient flow, promotes regulatory compliance, supports quality initiatives, and provides leadership coverage during the evening hours and weekend hours.
