RN - Coordinator - Perioperative Orthopedic Liaison - PN Perioperative Evaluation & Management - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Provides patient service coordination for the surgical service line with the goal of navigating the pre-operative, hospital admission and post-acute phases of care. Coordinates the perioperative services with the patient, family, physicians, clinical team, and payer as needed. Complies with Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) and other alternative payment model requirements for each surgical event if applicable.
