Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in the State of Missouri
Minimum 2 years of intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse 3+ years preferred
BLS/ACLS – required within 1 year of hire CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification required within 1 year Preferred
CNOR, CRNFA
