RN GI

This position requires critical thinking skills, pre-and post-assessment, as well as control monitoring of both pediatric and adult patients during procedures. Orientation and cross-training in this unit is specific to each individual, with experienced staff readily available for guidance. Experience in PACU and Critical Care is preferred.

On-call hours are required. It is mandatory that applicants live within 30 minutes of WKS and have reliable transportation. Location flexibility may be required as staff is sometimes floated to other GI lab sites within the WK system.

Support staff is an intricate part of the team in this unit. ACLS and PALS are required but can be obtained through our Career Institute. All motivated individuals with an excellent work ethic, please apply!
