✓Must be able to lift 50#. Must be able to transfer a patient weighing at least 100# with or without assistive devices.
✓Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, climb stairs, push and pull.
✓Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
✓Must be able to drive at least 50 miles at a time.
✓Must be able to drive in adverse weather conditions.
✓Must have good visual or aural acuity, natural or corrected Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions.
✓Must be able to perform complex tasks.
Education
✓Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
Basic computer skills. Wound Vac application. Telehealth monitoring. preferred
Qualifications
✓Valid driver's license in applicable state of practice with good record. Automobile liability insurance in amount required by law in the state in which the automobile is registered.
✓Three years nursing experience with minimum one year in a hospital setting, then preferably in home care or the equivalent. Per Diem position requires minimum one year Home Health experience.
✓Must be able to learn the computer program currently in use.
✓Must be able to relate to the public, particularly with the elderly.
✓Must be able to maintain work pace relative to workload.
✓Must be able to handle stress and change.
✓Must be able to learn the CMS Rules and Regulations for Home Care.
