Labor and Delivery Patient Population: OB patients >20 weeks gestation Patient Ratios: 1:2 (L&D); 1:2-3 (OB Triage- contingent on OB patient acuity, phase of care and census) Number of Beds: 10 L&D rooms, 2 OB Triage Department Specifics: Fast-paced, positive teamwork, collaboration intra and interdisciplinary, good communication, accountable, flexible, open minded to problem solve in patient care, supportive of a culture of safety.
