Diamond Grove Center is located in Louisville, Mississippi. Diamond Grove Center 85-bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for psychiatric behavior issues. Diamond Grove Center offers unique and individualized programming for children and adolescents ages 5

The RN participates in patient education and rehabilitation and provides interpretation of treatment to the patient and patient's family. The RN coordinates unit activity and assures accountability of assigned tasks. The RN will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.  The RN participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.    Job Duties/Responsibilities: Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision, and values. Demonstrate clinical knowledge of psychiatric nursing and maintains the highest quality of comprehensive patient care. Demonstrated good clinical judgement through ability to make independent decisisons as evidenced by the supervisor.
