Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program is designed with a specialized and focused platform to include lectures, simulation, case studies, online modules, etc., and clinical experience with designated preceptors.
Qualifications
✓Only accepting RN New Graduates with less than 12 months of RN experience at this time
✓Basic computer skills
✓Strong work ethic
✓New Graduate RN Residents must complete 1 year of experience and meet the program requirements to be considered RN I. Please refer to New Graduate RN Resident Info Webpage for program details and FAQs.
✓Color discrimination, Depth perception, Far visual acuity, Near visual acuity
✓Hazards: Biological, Chemical, Dust, Electrical, Fumes/Gases/Odors, Radiation, Sharp objects/tools
✓Potential for violence/physical altercations
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
