✓State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.
Certifications

✓Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (for eligible positions)
✓Required Certification from either AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross
✓BLS: All RN roles
✓ACLS: Emergency Department, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Lab, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Progressive Care, Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
✓NRP: Family Birthing Center, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Mother/Baby Care
✓PALS: Children Services, Cardiovascular Lab, Emergency Department, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
Education
✓New graduates have the opportunity to participate in our mandatory residency program, which includes monthly seminars led by the Nurse Residency Team, peer-to-peer debriefing sessions, support groups/mentoring, and rounding.
✓Minimum ADN preparation

✓Staff Safety (a wearable badge that allows nurses to quickly and discreetly call for help when safety is a concern)
