Recent RN experience in an inpatient acute care hospital setting preferred
1 year of progressive participation in, and responsibility for, process improvement or healthcare quality management efforts preferred
1 year of experience with statistical analysis preferred
1 year of experience leading multi-disciplinary work groups preferred
1 year of experience with root-cause analysis and safety event review processes preferred
1 year of experience with clinical effectiveness and quality preferred
1 year of experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models preferred
1 year of project management experience preferred
