Here’s What You Need Nursing Diploma – Required OR Associate’s Degree in Nursing – Required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Preferred Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse OR Completion of an RN Residency Program– Required 1 year as a RN in surgical services is highly preferred RN – Registered Nurse License (upon hire) – Required BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to independent patient care; maintained quarterly) – Required ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 90 days of hire) – Required High degree of confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
