The Operating Room Pool RN responsibilities include: RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization RN also preforms the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned This position requires a minimum of 2 years RN experience.
For consideration for this position, at least 18 months of Operating Room experience as an RN is required . CVOR experience is strongly preferred. This position is set at St.
Joseph's Hospital and requires a minimum commitment of 48 hours per six-week schedule plus Call. Specific
