Initiates patient coordination at the entry point into the system and prepares patient cases for pre-procedural review with a multidisciplinary team. Navigates neuro medical inpatients from admission through treatment and discharge, ensuring timely medical and supportive services. Assists in program development and expansion, actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
